About this program
This program is designed to develop the talent of students who show high potential in the intellectual domain. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of students who show an interest and advanced aptitude in multiple key learning areas and would benefit from an enrichment day of learning in the outdoors.
Program activities
REEC Teaching staff leading 1 day program with a focus on orienteering in our beautiful bushland. Students will start by learning how to use a baseplate compass and Garmin GPS units to find hidden boxes. Inside each box, there will be a puzzle or a set of tasks that will guide them to the next location.
